These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of RBK Payments Ltd. services (together or individually the "Service") operated by RBK Payments Ltd. (interchangeably referred to as "Company", "we", "our", "us", "RBK Payments", which shall, to the extent permitted by all Applicable Laws, include RBK Payments Ltd., its affiliates, partners, service providers, subsidiaries and parent company).
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our services.
Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreements"). You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Agreements and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service. By opening an RBK Payments account or accessing or using any part of the Service, you ("Customer", "Merchant", "you", "your", "any authorized user") accept and agree to become bound by these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to comply with and be bound by the Jurisdiction-Specific Terms relevant to your Account Jurisdiction (as specified in Section 3.1 below), the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and any other policies, guidelines, notices, circulars or announcements that we may issue from time to time.
It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms and Conditions. Amendments, supplements and revisions will become effective upon publication on our website and/or applications. If you continue to use the Service after any such modifications, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendments, supplements or revisions, you should close your account and stop using the Service.
These Terms and Conditions become effective and legally binding on the date when: (a) you create an account, affirmatively accept the Agreement in writing or electronically or (b) you otherwise use the Service. Subsequently, these Terms and Conditions shall continue until your termination of the account or the Service.
By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you fully understand and agree to all provisions. If you do not understand any part of these Terms, you should seek independent legal advice.
You acknowledge that your use of our Service is subject to all mandatory provisions of applicable laws. You are solely responsible for complying with any and all laws, rules and regulations in your jurisdiction and the Account Jurisdiction that may apply to your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, regulations related to sanctions, anti-money laundering, consumer protection, unfair trade practices, anti-discrimination, gambling, false advertising and import/export activities.
In the context of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the corresponding meanings:
2.1 Account Jurisdiction: The jurisdiction in which we receive funds from platforms or senders.
2.2 Agreement: These Terms and Conditions, including referenced documents such as the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy and other policies, notices or announcements issued by us from time to time.
2.3 Applicable Laws: Any law, regulation or guidelines applicable to the Account Jurisdiction or other relevant jurisdictions, including payment services laws, anti-money laundering regulations, consumer protection, data protection and other applicable laws.
2.4 Approved Payee: An individual or legal entity approved by us or our partners to receive funds, which may include tax authorities, service companies, etc.
2.5 Beneficiary Account: Your designated local bank account to which you wish to receive payments from your RBK Payments account.
2.6 Business Day: A calendar day excluding weekends and public holidays in the Account Jurisdiction, during which banks and financial services operate normally.
2.7 Buyer: A person or entity that purchases your product or service from you or through a platform.
2.8 Customer or Merchant: The individual or legal entity entering into this Agreement and in whose name the account is registered.
2.9 Funds: The funds beneficially owned by you in connection with transactions.
2.10 Group Companies: Any of the entities specified in Section 3, affiliates, subsidiaries or holding companies of RBK Payments.
2.11 Inbound Payment: The receipt of funds in your designated payment account from approved platforms or senders.
2.12 Outbound Payment: A payment from your RBK Payments account to an Approved Payee.
2.13 Payment Account: The account designated by RBK Payments to you for holding your funds.
2.14 Platform: An e-commerce marketplace or other selling platform approved by RBK Payments, where you are a seller of goods or services.
2.15 Transaction: Includes inbound and outbound transactions, platform transactions and withdrawals.
3.1 RBK Payments Ltd. refers to the contracting entity in the Account Jurisdiction associated with your payment account. In the event that you open multiple accounts in different jurisdictions, you will be deemed to have entered into separate agreements with RBK Payments in each jurisdiction.

You may contact Customer Support by email at support@rbkpay.com or through our website https://rbkpay.com. By using our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters and other communications from us, although you may opt out by following the instructions in the communications.
3.2 Communication Methods: We may provide you with notices by posting them on our website, emailing them to the address in your account or sending you SMS or other messages. These notices are considered received upon issuance or posting on the website.
RBK Payments provides you, the Customer, with a payment service that allows you to:
The Service may be subject to certain limits and may not be available in all jurisdictions, depending on your location, the Platform’s location and other regulatory factors. RBK Payments partners with group companies, financial institutions, third-party providers and other regulated institutions to offer these Services.
To use RBK Payment's Services, you must register an account. As part of the registration process, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities conducted under your account.

RBK Payments may charge fees for certain transactions, which will be communicated to you via your account portal or other means. RBK Payments reserves the right to adjust fees with prior notice. By continuing to use the Services after such notice, you agree to the updated fees.
RBK Payments may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for non-compliance with these Terms, illegal activity or security concerns. Upon termination, any remaining funds may be returned to the originating sender, if not prohibited by law.
Your use of RBK Payment's Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your information.
